Kampala – October 31, 2025: Sudanese residents in Uganda, in cooperation with the Embassy of Sudan in Kampala, organized a protest to denounce the genocide and ethnic cleansing crimes committed by the terrorist militia of al-Dagalo (Rapid Support Forces) against civilians in the cities of El-Fasher and Bara.
The protest witnessed a wide participation of members of the Sudanese community from various backgrounds, including students, women, youth, journalists, legal experts, and humanitarian activists.

Representatives from El-Fasher and Bara also attended, conveying the voices and suffering of victims affected by the escalating violations.
Speakers at the event strongly condemned the massacres and brutal violations targeting defenseless civilians, describing them as crimes against humanity.

They also denounced the international silence toward these inhumane practices and called for urgent global action to stop them and bring the perpetrators to justice.
In his speech, Sudan’s Ambassador to Uganda, Ahmed Ibrahim Jarda, emphasized the importance of Sudanese unity in confronting the aggression against their homeland.
He affirmed that these crimes do not reflect the morals or history of the Sudanese people, who are known for their tolerance and humanity.

The participants concluded the protest with an open call to the international community and human rights organizations to take immediate action to protect civilians and support efforts toward justice and accountability.
They affirmed that Sudan’s voice will not be silenced in the face of genocide, and that the demand for justice will remain a cause that does not fade with time.
