Museveni Appoints Ex NRM Youth League SG Morris Muhindo as Under Secretary

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has appointed former Parliament of Uganda staff member and NRM Youth League Secretary General, Mr. Morris Muhindo, as an Under Secretary in the Public Service of Uganda.

Muhindo’s elevation marks a milestone in his career, as he is believed to be one of the youngest—if not the youngest—Under Secretaries ever appointed in Uganda’s public service structure.

His appointment speaks of the government’s ongoing efforts to empower young leaders and strengthen administrative capacity within ministries, departments, and agencies.

More details about his deployment are expected to be communicated by the Ministry of Public Service.
