The transfer of chairmanship, presided over by Uganda's Minister of Agriculture, Animal Industry & Fisheries, Frank Tumwebaze, marks a pivotal moment for Uganda's involvement and leadership within the African Union. This transition signifies Uganda's commitment to spearheading initiatives aimed at enhancing agricultural development, rural prosperity, and sustainable practices within the continent's blue economy.
