Uganda Airlines is gearing up to introduce its highly anticipated Frequent Flyer Programme later this year, promising a host of benefits for loyal customers.
According to Ms Shakila Rahim Lamara, the Head of Corporate Affairs and PR at the airline, the initiative aims to reward frequent travelers with exclusive perks and privileges.
“When we roll out, you can sign up, earn points when you fly with us and get to enjoy added benefits as a member. We shall announce the programme officially,” Shakila disclosed while responding to an inquiry by UG Diplomat on X.
This announcement comes as Uganda Airlines continues to expand its route network and enhance its services to cater to the growing demand for air travel in the region. The Frequent Flyer Programme is expected to further incentivize travelers to choose Uganda Airlines for their domestic and international flights.
The programme is likely to include features such as earning points based on miles flown, cabin class, and fare type, with members able to redeem their points for free flights, upgrades, and other rewards. Additionally, members may enjoy priority boarding, access to airport lounges, and other exclusive privileges aimed at enhancing the overall travel experience.
