President Yoweri Museveni has appointed Dr. Rosemary Kusaba Byanyima as the new Executive Director of Mulago National Referral Hospital.
Dr. Byanyima’s appointment comes after serving as the Acting Executive Director following the interdiction of Dr. Byarugaba Baterana, the former ED.
