Museveni Sends Special Message to Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy

Ethiopian Prime Minister Ahmed Abiy Ali welcomed Honorable Norbert Mao, Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs of the Republic of Uganda, to Addis Ababa, where a significant message from President Yoweri Museveni was delivered.
