King Ceasor University, Vietnam’s Victoria Hoa Binh University Sign Historic Academic Partnership

Kampala, Uganda — King Ceasor University (KCU) and Victoria Hoa Binh University (VHB) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic academic partnership aimed at strengthening higher education cooperation between Uganda and Viet Nam.

The landmark agreement will create new opportunities for joint degree programmes, collaborative research initiatives, faculty exchanges, and student mobility between the two institutions.

Through the partnership, KCU and VHB seek to promote internationalisation of higher education, enhance knowledge sharing, and develop innovative solutions to shared development challenges through academic collaboration.

The two universities reaffirmed their commitment to advancing global standards in education by fostering cross-border learning opportunities and building stronger institutional links between Africa and Asia.

The partnership comes as Ugandan and Vietnamese institutions continue to explore avenues for deeper cooperation in education, technology, innovation, and human capital development.

Officials from both universities described the MoU as a significant milestone that will expand academic opportunities for students and researchers while strengthening Uganda–Viet Nam relations through education diplomacy.
