On Wednesday, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Uganda’s Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations, played a pivotal role in a significant diplomatic meeting held at Entebbe. The distinguished guest for the occasion was His Excellency Jan Sadek, the European Union Ambassador to Uganda.
