Central Youth MP aspirant Louis Kimuli on Sunday worshipped at Covenant Nations Church, where he received a prayer of blessing from the lead pastor, Pastor Patience Museveni Rwabwogo.

The church service, attended by hundreds of congregants, offered a moment of reflection and spiritual grounding for Kimuli, who is currently in the thick of campaigns ahead of the NRM delegates conference.

Pastor Patience, daughter of President Yoweri Museveni, laid hands on Kimuli and prayed for wisdom, integrity, and divine guidance as he seeks leadership.

“May God use you as a vessel to serve your generation with humility and purpose. Leadership is not about position—it is about service,” Pastor Patience declared as she blessed the youthful aspirant.

Kimuli, who has positioned himself as a values-driven candidate deeply rooted in the NRM ideology, described the moment as “deeply humbling and affirming.”

He thanked the church for its prayers and emphasized the importance of spiritual support in public service.

“I believe leadership begins with submission to God. Receiving a blessing from Pastor Patience is a great honor, and I carry that prayer with me as I continue this journey,” Kimuli said.

The visit to Covenant Nations Church further cements Kimuli’s growing support from religious and community leaders as he seeks to rally youth across the central region under a message of transformation, patriotism, and opportunity.

Observers note that in Uganda’s political landscape, faith-based endorsements carry significant moral and social weight—especially among young, Christian voters.

Kimuli’s association with influential spiritual voices could play a key role in mobilizing support as he heads into the decisive phase of the primaries.
