Iran’s ambassador to Uganda Majid Saffar gave an interview to Press TV in which he provided insight on Tehran’s scholarships given to Ugandan students who are currently in Iranian universities pursuing different academic disciplines.
It should should be recalled that last year Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi visited three African countries of Kenya, Uganda and Zimbabwe, during which he witnessed the signing of bilateral cooperation agreements in economic, scientific and educational sectors among others.
