The message reflects the enthusiasm and readiness of the Ethiopian delegation to engage in meaningful discussions and collaborations during the summits. The NAM summit, a platform for countries pursuing a policy of non-alignment, is expected to address a range of global issues, including peace, security, and development.

G77+China summit, which follows shortly after the NAM summit, will bring together developing nations to discuss economic cooperation, development goals, and global governance. With China as a key partner, the summit holds particular significance for Ethiopia and other participating nations.

The presence of Ethiopian delegates in Uganda ahead of the summits underscores the importance Ethiopia places on these diplomatic engagements.

In Addis Ababa, the country is marking its diplomatic week and exhibition showcasing Ethiopia’s international engagements since 1907.

The anticipation is high for constructive dialogues that could contribute to solutions for regional and global challenges.
