The Chinese government has extended a warm invitation to more than 400 Ugandan individuals to take part in the ground-breaking "Plan for China-Africa Cooperation on Talent Development." Our talent development plan seeks to empower our African friends, like Uganda, to harness their talents and innovate for the betterment of their nations."

The invitation, which was extended to Ugandans representing a wide array of professions and industries, signifies the diversity and inclusivity of the program. Uganda's President, Yoweri Museveni, expressed his gratitude for China's continued commitment to African development.
